Bridging Biomechanics with Cellular Nutrition

As an accredited Physiotherapist in Ahmedabad, Dr Vidhi Bavisiya noticed a recurring pattern in clinical rehabilitation: patients with identical spinal disc injuries or post-surgical repairs often experienced drastically different recovery timelines. While some healed rapidly, others experienced persistent joint pain, unresolving muscle spasms, and recurrent inflammation despite diligent manual therapy.

Investigating the cellular mechanisms behind this divergence led Dr Vidhi to pursue advanced qualifications in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics. She identified the missing link: musculoskeletal tissue cannot regenerate efficiently in a biochemical environment riddled with systemic inflammation, insulin resistance, micronutrient deficiencies, and gut dysbiosis.

To address this critical gap, Dr Vidhi established The Nutri Physio.
